Te Kooti Whenua Māori – Māori Land Court (MLC) is the
New Zealand Court that hears matters relating to Māori
land.
The Māori Land Court must confirm any trust order you decide upon (sections 219 or 244 of Te Ture
Whenua Māori Act 1993).
