Review of Te Ture Whenua Act 1993
Introduction
At the beginning of April this year the Associate Minister ofMāori Affairs released the
Review Panel’s report into Te Ture Whenua Māori Act 1993.
Māoriincorporations are governed by the MāoriIncorporations Constitution Regulations 1994 and run independently of the normal court processes that apply to trusts, but do provide annual reports to the Court.
This form should be used to seek Court confirmation of a resolution passed at a property called meeting of
Assembled Owners under section 173 of Te Ture Whenua Māori Act 1993.
