The changes to the existing Practice Note were made following a review undertaken by Judge

Urupā continued to be exempt from the operation of the Act. The Commission now proposes that the laws prohibiting burial on private land should be repealed.
It was fascinating and sometimes astonishing to hear some of the comments of Chief Justices from context and systems so very different from the system we have.
