We have started working with Te Hiku Iwi
Development Trust, formed by Ngāi Takoto, Te
Apōuri, and Te Rarawa, on developing a joint
action plan.
VARYING THE TERMS OF A TRUST
If the trustees want to review their powers, rights and
obligations, as set out in the trust order, they need the
support of the beneficiaries, and so they need to hold a
meeting with them.
