WITHOUT FORMAL HEARING AND WITHOUT NOTICE
Rule 6.6
I/We, the applicant(s) hereby declare:
(i) That the facts of the application as stated are true and correct.
As part of a mortgage application or loan application, you will be required to provide financial and income information, which the bank will review to determine your ability to repay the loan.
If you have a current application in the Māori Land Court which is being delayed by a dispute, you can ask for your application to be put on hold while you go through the dispute resolution process.
