The Court may, on considering your notification, arrange for the application to be set down for a formal
hearing if the application has already been determined.
Enter the information you know and click ‘search’. The search results will show with six columns:
• Organisation ID
• Organisation name
• Organisation type
• District
• State
• Has ongoing application

Click the document you want to view under the ‘Organisation ID’ column.
Using type,
district, or state without a name or ID will find over 500 search results.
TIP: If state is left unselected, both current and
superseded results will be displayed.

application, you must notify the Court in writing by 4pm on 1 January 2023 and specify brief details of your
concerns.
