Māori Land Court Standard Ahu Whenua/Whenua Toopū TrustOrder Checklist
The purpose of this checklist is to provide a reference to the terms within
this draft trustorder which require further consideration by the owners.
We also made improvements later in the court process,
deploying additional resources to complete and distrib-
ute court orders reducing the number of outstanding
orders by more than half.
What other modes of communication are available that trustees could reasonably expect to include as part of the notification process? How prescriptive do trustorders need to be to impose minimum standards of notice for the calling of a trust’s meetings for the purpose of holding an election?
