Applying for succession
To apply for succession, you need to file a completed
application form with an MLC office by either visiting an MLC
office, attending one of our offsite clinics, or sending it by
post.

WHAT IS THIS FORM FOR?
There are two application types you can file under section 214 of Te Ture Whenua Māori Act 1993
and rule 12.3 of the Māori Land Court Rules 2011 to form a whānau trust. These are:
