Māori Purposes Act 1991
The Māori Purposes Act 1991 has limited powers extended to the Court in relation to the Wi Pere Trust.
Māori Fisheries Act 2004
The Māori Fisheries Act 2004 enables a Judge of the Māori Land Court to give advice about or determine disputes regarding entitlements.

TAKE NOTICE that the Raumati Family Trust has made application to the Māori Land Court at Whanganui for confirmation of a sale of Lot 3A2 Part Sub 3 of Section 24 Block IV Waitara S.D. block (being 6.5357 hectares more or less) located on Mokau Road, Urenui, within the Aotea Māori Land Court district.
Please include as much information as possible in your enquiry. Names of whānau, trusts, and whenua and related documents make it easier for us to complete research and provide a quality response.
The respondents are the trustees of the Hanataua Ahu Whenua Trust. The matter was heard in the Aotea Māori Land Court, by Judge A H C Warren and Dr Ruakere Hond, in Whanganui on 1 and 2 September 2022 in both languages and with the aid of a te reo Māori interpreter.
