Succession to further interests
If you’ve already submitted your succession application and you discover that there are more Māori land interests to include, you can apply for succession to further interests.
An application form based on the existing form for successions has been modified for the purposes of SILNA determinations, and individual applications are linked to a central file to ensure consistency.
