orders made by the court or a Registrar – including:
title orders (creating Māori land)
trust orders (names of trustees and terms of trust)
succession orders (names of successors to an estate)
vesting orders (transfers of shares in Māo...
Keep this in a safe place as you will need this to help you decide on what further steps you may need to take. This could include:
continuing with a current application in the Māori Land Court
submitting a further application to the Māori Land Court
seeking advice or continuing with further mediation with the same or a different mediator.
