June 2025 marked the two-year anniversary of our
redesigned website and the launch of our online
portal - Pātaka Whenua.
A further advantage is that an urupā that is constituted as a Māori reservation and which does not exceed 2 hectares in size is, pursuant to the Local Government (Rating) Act 2002, non-rateable.
