(a) A notary public; or
(b) A Commissioner of Oaths; or
(c) A Commonwealth Representative; or
(d) A solicitor of the High Court of New Zealand or Australia; or
(e) A Justice of the Peace of Australia
(f) A practising solicitor, lawyer or attorney in the country where it is signed
