3.16 Notice of Annual General Meetings and Special General Meetings (collectively called 'general meetings') will
be a minimum of 21 days.
3.17 The notice will state the date, place and time when the general meeting will occur, and will outline the agenda.
In the case of a Special General Meeting, the notice will state first the reason for holding the meeting.
