outstanding in the office of the Chief

TAKE NOTICE THAT the following schedule of applications, currently held in the Office of the Chief
Registrar in Wellington, received up to the panui closing date of 14th of September 2022, are hereby
notified, pursuant to rules 3.18, 5.3 and 8.2(3) of the Māori Land Court Rules 2011, as being
outstanding and have yet to be determined or set down for inquiry...
In addition, there were requirements in Te Ture Whenua Maori Act 1993 and previous legislation for the transmittal of Māori Land Court orders as to title, which had not been consistently applied.
This act confirms the purpose of the visit. At this stage in te pā whenua, the decision or outcome of the application will be actioned by carrying out a change in the land and/or landownership.
Haere mai is the reo pōwhiri at the marae. At this point in te pā whenua, you should have gathered all the information you need, and you should be ready to file an application with the Court.
