The location information for the office of the incorporation is held in accordance with section 279(2)(d) of Te Ture Whenua Māori Act 1993.
The location information for the office of the incorporaiton has been included in this release under the authority of section 279(4) of Te Ture Whenua Māori Act 1993.
So in theory, perhaps still to be tested, Māori land should be more attractive to banks for lending purposes. I know this is a problem, and in my view primarily a matter of banks becoming educated in the Te Ture Whenua Māori Act 1993.
This act confirms the purpose of the visit. At this stage in te pā whenua, the decision or outcome of the application will be actioned by carrying out a change in the land and/or landownership.
