Review your trust (filing fee $68)
Trusts should be reviewed regularly to ensure they are operating according to the trust order and that the trustees are working to a high standard.
Trustees are appointed by the Māori Land Court under the jurisdiction set out in s 222 of Te Ture Whenua Māori Act 1993. In making appointments two crucial criteria must be considered.
We produce our own draft order; OR YES NO
We wish to use the Court’s standard trust order. YES NO
9. Section 218 of Te Ture Whenua Māori Act 1993 contains a list of Māori community purposes to which income may be ap-
plied if provision is made in the trust order.
