Trustee nominations must include:
▪ The written signature of both the
nominator, seconder, and the nominee
▪ Details ofthe nominee’s full name,
address and contact number.
When you submit an application, you’ll need to include information about the trust and trustees. The Court will review:
day-to-day management ofthe trust
financial management ofthe trust
documentation ofthe trust, and
the terms ofthe trust.
Any member ofthe preferred class of alienees who wishes to be considered by the owners as
a prospective purchaser ofthe land must give written notice of his or her intention to pursue
the right of refusal at the hearing ofthe application.
To assist the Court to process and deal with these proceedings, attach to your notice of intention to appear
a statement setting out your response to each ofthe claims made by the applicant.
