Trustee responsibilities can include:

communicating with owners and organising hui for owners or trustees to discuss plans for the whenua
visiting the whenua regularly to check on the wellbeing of the land, and
working with people involved in the whenua or trust, such as a lessee, accountant, or management team.
If you think that you have been
adversely affected by this process and wish to make representations on the application, you must notify the Court in
writing by 4 pm on the 1st day of June 2025 and specify brief details of your concerns. The Court may, if it cannot
otherwise address those concerns, order that the application be reheard.
