(b) If the Site is not separately rated, the Occupier shall pay a fair share of the rates
levied in respect of the Parent Block.
(c) Rates rebates shall benefit the party that pays the rates.

When a lawyer is appointed and engaged pursuant to ss 70(3), 98(3) and 98(9)(c) of the
Act, as soon as reasonably practicable they must give written notice of that fact to every
other party to the proceedings.
