The objectives of these seminars are to -
1.
Common term for a trust order is a trust deed, which is the term used in the
Trusts Act 2019.
4. Sections 23 to 27 of the Trusts Act 2019.
• Act honestly and in good faith
• Act for the benefit of beneficiaries5 or to further the
purpose of the trust
• Exercise powers for a proper purpose
