Is one meeting enough or should there be several, in different locations, if the trust either has a large number of owners or significant assets (or both) and there are large population centres of owners in different localities?
Expressly providing for mediation in the Act is appropriate and long overdue. For a number of years Judges of the Court have promoted such an amendment.
