In determining the fees for a lawyer appointed by the Court’s own motion or for an uplift
in the hourly rate for appointments on applications by parties, subject to the overriding
discretion of the Judge, the Court will take into account the factors outlined above and
any other relevant factors.
15. In appropriate circumstances the Court may consider a fixed fee arrangement.
