Another point that the Court may consider in the context of experience is a nominee’s former or current role as a trustee and the extent to which that has been successful or otherwise.
Another real benefit from this project is that it brings Māori land, by virtue of the definition by survey and registration of it, into what is known as the primary layer for lending purposes.
You will also need to be clear what the plan is for building on the land, including who the housing is for.
