Succession is the legal transfer of land interests or shares from a person who has passed away (the deceased) to their descendants.
Voting will be by a show of hands unless a minimum of [50] per cent of the beneficial owners present call for a poll, in which case the vote shall be conducted according to shareholding in the land vested in the trust.
