3. 10 Te Waipounamu MB 89 dated 17 April 2026
This direction is issued pursuant to rule 3.8(1)(c) of the Māori Land Court Rules 2011 to cancel the above court and a copy is to be sent to the Kaiwhakawā Matua, the Kairēhita Matua, the Kairēhita of the Te Waipounamu District Registry of the court.

The appointment of Dr Ruakere Hond as a Pūkenga to assist the court, under s 32A of Te Ture Whenua Māori Act 1993, provided the level of care required in the matter and one the Court is extremely grateful for.

That written notice must be filed in the Māori Land Court not later than 18 February 2026 If no notice is filed by the date set out above, the Court may confirm the alienation of the land by way of sale.
