If you are interested in, or affected by, one of these applications and wish to make representations concerning the application, you must notify the Court in writing by 4pm on the 1st day of November 2023 providing your name, address, telephone number and email address (if any) and setting out your connection with the application and brief details of your concerns.
This form should not be used to Appeal against a decision of the Māori Land Court or Māori Appellate Court nor should it be used to correct an administrative error in a minute or order of the Court.
The trustees then appealed to the Court of Appeal. That Court agreed with the Māori Land Court and ordered a further meeting of owners but endorsed the Māori Appellate Court’s decision that all of the trustees were eligible for reappointment.
Special fixtures are arranged and advertised in accordance with the provisions of the Mäori Land Court Rules and they may not necessarily be listed in this publication.
