LICENCE TO OCCUPY
A licence to occupy essentially has the same effect as an
occupation order.

Until such an application is made there is no guarantee as to how the Court would view the matter and the success of any such application would depend on its own facts.
(c) Should the Site cover a portion of an unformed roadway, the Occupier must
obtain from the Council a licence to occupy the portion of the unformed roadway
within the Site.
