Description of reasons for outstanding

With the move to Pātaka Whenua, new descriptions of reasons for outstanding applications have
been introduced.
Unless the Court directs otherwise, the
following items must also be filed with
the application:
• a certified copy of the entry in the district
valuation roll for the land in which the
shares to be vested are held, or
• a valuation of that land by a registered
public valuer
• a valuation of all or any other assets
attached to the land.
