determined or for a rehearing if the application has already been determined.
Shareholders should be aware that if Māori land has been
mortgaged, it can be sold to settle that mortgage.
TRANSFER SHARES
A shareholder may transfer (that is, sell, gift or exchange)
shares, provided that:
• the shares to be transferred do not result in a shareholding
less than any minimum set by the Māori incorporation
• the shares are transferred to a member of the preferred
classes of alienees.
