Trust applications are decided by a Māori Land Court judge.
Successors at this hui may consider alternative redress options, if applicable. They will also be able to vote on whether they want to receive the land back as Māori or General land, and how that land will be held.
This form may be used by the executor(s)/administrator(s) of an estate to certify those persons entitled to the Māori
freehold land interests held by the estate, and/or in the case of a deceased Māori, any General Land intrests.
