Significant progress has been made in reducing
the backlog of applications waiting to be registered.
Between January and March 2025, the number of
backlog applications awaiting registration decreased
by 1000.
If you are interested in, or affected by, one of these applications and wish to make
representations concerning the application, you must notify the Court in writing by 4 pm on the 1st day of May 2025
providing your name, address, telephone number and email address (if any) and setting out your connection with the

The finalised list includes 348 owners. That number will change as life interests
terminate, interests are consolidated into trusts, and applications for succession are
filed with the Court.
