In that situation an Alternative Dispute Resolution process had been agreed, that process was
required, and it was undertaken with findings ultimately made.
The Court may, on considering your notification, arrange for the application to be set down for a formal hearing
if the application has yet to be determined or for a rehearing if the application has already been determined.
One month has expired from the date the certificate is sealed; or
ii. Where an application is made to review the sealing of the certificate the
date on which that application is disposed of.
