if you are:
• the owner of the Māori land shares to be transferred
• the person who will receive the Māori land shares
• a trustee for either of the people mentioned above.
The applicant, or counsel for the applicant, must sign the
application for the vesting order.
The judge should ensure that the minute contains sufficient information, without
unnecessary detail, to enable the parties to decide whether to make a recusal
application. It is undesirable for parties to be placed in the position of having to seek
further information from the judge.
