The Court may, on considering such notice, arrange for the application to be set down for formal hearing or rehearing as the case may be.

Your application will be considered ‘uncontested’ when: • it has been notified according to Māori Land Court Rules; and • it has been published in the Māori Land Court’s National Pānui; and • no one has objected to the application.
An application to the MLC needs to be filed on the relevant application form and accompanied by the application fee, which is detailed on the form.
