Here an individual can form the trust and appointtrustees and the shareholding, which maybe across many blocks, is held for the uri of that individual down through the generations.
These changes include making it easier for landowners to establish Māori incorporations,
and provisions for removing a trustee or a member of a committee of management of an
incorporation have been updated.
