with the provisions of the Mäori Land Court Rules and they
may not necessarily be listed in this publication.
Where an owner has a life interest or is a joint tenant in Māori Land youcan use this form to transfer those interests
to the beneficiaries (remainderman) or the other party to a joint tenancy where the life/joint tenant has passed away,
wishes to surrender their interests or the life tenant has remarried or entered into a civil union or de facto relationship.
Where that land is vested ina trust or an incorporation,
such an order will only be made with the consent of the trust
or management committee, and may be made for a specified
period.
