To apply to change the terms of your trust, you’ll need to include:
a list of proposed changes
evidence of any meetings called to consider the proposed changes, and
evidence to show sufficient support for the proposed changes.
(ii) includes consideration of, and voting on variations or other changes to
this Order, the notice shall include a summary of the proposed changes
and shall state that a full copy of the proposed change can be obtained
from the Secretary, and providing contact details for the Secretary.

If you think that you have been
adversely affected by this process and wish to make representations on the application, you must notify the
Court in writing by 4 pm on the 1st of March 2023 and specify brief details of your concerns. The Court may, if
it cannot otherwise address those concerns, order that the application be reheard.
The personal representative is
responsible for making sure all the details in the will are
finalised. However, if the estate is small, the family may
decide not to seek probate from the High Court.
