Apply for a judicial review from the High Court
If you disagree with a MāoriLand Court or the Māori Appellate Court decision, you’re entitled to seek judicial review from the High Court of New Zealand.
What you need to know:
• You can include Māoriland, generalland, or both.
• You can include land regardless of its location (for example, the blocks do not need to be
located next to each other)
