You also need to notify any party named in the application and any person affected by the application.
The information you’ll need is: • all the deceased person’s names (including maiden name, if applicable) • the deceased person’s siblings’ names • the deceased person’s parents’ names (including their mother’s maiden name) • the names of anyone from whom the deceased person may have obtained interests • the names of the lands in which the deceased person may have had interests.
