ChiefJudge Fox announces the appointment of a Deputy ChiefJudge and a new Judge to our Court, as confirmed by Minister for Māori Development Tama Potaka.
At 2025 ChiefJudge’s MB 373-390 (4 February 2025) the Court made orders amending a succession order to Teone Karepe I or Hoani Karepe at 32 T 117-119 (30 May 1972) and cancelling a succession order to Porokuru Te Kiwi at 155 ROT MB 234 (30 November 1970).
Use this form to file an application to the ChiefJudge of the Māori Land Court to exercise their power under
section 44 of Te Ture Whenua Māori Act 1993 to correct a mistake, error or omission on the part of the Court or
in the presentation of the facts of a case to the Court.
