The interests of a child
When the successor is a child at the time
the Māori Land Court makes the succession
order, the Court can also appoint a kaitiaki 19
trustee to act for the child until he or
she reaches 20 years of age or marries,
whichever occurs sooner.

evidence of meetings held (including the notice) to add, reduce or replace trustees and the meeting minutes
resignations (if any) for existing trustees
evidence that a trustee or trustees have passed away
The person(s) being becoming a trustee will also need to complete a trusteeconsentform to indicate that they consent to the appointment.
