are usually written, but a spoken agreement
can also be a contract.

be present at a meeting to make proceedings
valid.
7 A change of ownership of land gives the
recipient of that interest the ownership and
its associated rights (land may be vested in a
trustee, or shares may be vested in another
person).

classes of alienees in relation to any
alienation.
