The shareholders of an incorporation can apply for an investigation into the management of the business of an incorporation if:
those shareholders together hold at least 10% of the overall shares in the Incorporation, or
a special resolution was passed by

The register will record, for each member of the management
committee: details of member’s interest in the Māori freehold
land incorporated; the dealings in the interests by the
member; and declarations made by members.
The time and travel costs associated with attending a court
sitting are removed when an application can be decided by a
registrar.
This approach also supports the efficient running of the
Māori Land Court.
