agencies about the characteristics of Māori Freehold and Māori Customary Land.
The notice is to be
sent to that person not less than 48 hours before the start of
the meeting (there is a sample of a postal vote form at the
back of the Regulations).

Succession to shares
Shares in a Māori incorporation are deemed
to be shares in Māori land, and succession is
arranged in the same way as for Māori land.
