Paneke are an opportunity for court users based in smaller towns and centres to meet with our kaimahi and kōrero about: completing application forms submitting an enquiry searching the court record updates on current applications and enquiries updating information in Pātaka Whenua other services normally available at a Māori Land Court office.

If you think that you have been adversely affected by this process and wish to make representations on the application, you must notify the Court in writing by 4 pm on the 1st of April and specify brief details of your concerns. The Court may, if it cannot otherwise address those concerns, order that the application be reheard.

You can search to find trusts, incorporations, Māori reservations as well as other types, and will be able to find information on: • the overview of the organisation’s management structure, • members of the management structure, • ownership details, • contact details for the administrator (if available).

  The trustees want to get in touch with every owner so they can update their contact details. After they confirm who the owners are, the trustees will look at ways the land could be used to generate income and provide benefits for all owners.
