for ‘wāhi tapu’ will return relevant decisions from
the Supreme Court, Court of Appeal, High Court,
Employment Court, Environment Court, and the
Māori Land Court.
Procedure for the Court hearing
As the applicant, you need to report to a
Court officer at the hearing so that the Court
is aware that the applicant is present.
If your application is determined by a Registrar, you will not need to attend court. If
