It was not until October 2010 that the final Court case was completed. By that time the various applications and Court cases had been running for over six years, until they were finally concluded in our favour.
Trustees to be removed for other reasons: Names of Trustees Reason for removal Note: Where a trustee is to be removed for other reasons, the Court requires an applicant to notify the trustee of the application for removal and the time, date, and place of the hearing, unless good reason can be shown for not doing so.

Publication of recordings in this manner “enables the public to view entire, unedited proceedings” and at the same time “enables the Court to retain control of the recordings”. It would be interesting to see the response if our Māori Land Court required the parties’ written submissions in upcoming cases to be uploaded to the Māori land Court website prior to hearings.
