INTRODUCTION
A. The Māori Land Court ("Court") has constituted an ahu whenua trust for the purposes set
out in this Trust Order (“Order”).
This form should be used to seek Court confirmation of a resolution passed at a property called meeting of
Assembled Owners under section 173 of Te Ture Whenua Māori Act 1993.
If you already had an application with the Māori Land Court and dispute resolution was recommended by a judge or registrar after a courthearing, the judge / registrar can refer the unresolved issues back to mediation or court to discuss further.
