The Court
recorded its evidence and judgments in large
leather-bound folio books, the ‘Minute Books’,
which today form a vast record of the Court’s
proceedings.
The new descriptions focus on the current stage of processing of the application
through the court.
Application is being checked for completeness prior to court staff carrying out research and
preparing for the court to make a determination.
After the judge, registrar, or mediator makes a decision, you will receive the courtminutes and orders which will also be documented in the court record.
